High-proficiency line-hours transition under senior airline check commanders
"Nowadays Airline business requires highly experienced pilots in order to secure employment. Line Training & Jr First Program & Junior First Officer Program gives the opportunity for low hour pilots to secure and gain experience on commercial jets, which reduces the training cost and increases the safety of the Airline."
Landing your first job as a pilot is not as easy as most people think. By the time you finish your flight training, you know that your current hours of flight training wonβt simply impress big companies like airlines. Airlines will always hire the cream of the crop as much as possible β seasoned pilots with a higher number of hours that need less training. Despite that, it is not impossible to land a job at a big company and one of them is by obtaining a Line Training First Officer Program & Junior First Officer Program.
This program helps you increase the amount of hours flown, gain experience in the actual aircraft and get a better job. Throughout the years, Air Prime Asia has placed its students in Line Training & Jr First Officer Program who eventually landed airline jobs due to excellent, comprehensive, and complete training.

Nearly two decades of trusted training partnership with Nepal's aviation community
Nepal has always been an important part of our aviation journey.
Our association with Nepal began nearly two decades ago through Griffin Aviation Academy Pvt. Ltd., where during 2007β2008 we successfully trained more than 150 Nepali pilots. Today, many of these pilots are serving with leading airlines in Nepal, reflecting the strong foundation and trust we have built within Nepal's aviation community.
This long-standing relationship has given us a deep understanding of Nepal's aviation industry, its regulatory environment, and the aspirations of young Nepali pilots.
Today, Air Prime Asia Pvt. Ltd. is proud to build upon this legacy by creating structured international career pathways that prepare the next generation of Nepali pilots for successful careers in global aviation.
Recognizing that a large number of Nepali Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) holders possess Frozen ATPL qualifications, Nepal represents an ideal market for international airline pathway programs. Through our collaborations with internationally recognized training organizations and airline partners, we aim to provide high-quality Aircraft Type Rating programs, structured Line Training, and Junior First Officer Development opportunities, subject to airline selection, regulatory approvals, operational requirements, partner availability, and individual performance.
Air Prime Asia firmly believes that talent, when supported by world-class training, international exposure, professional mentorship, and strong industry partnerships, can successfully compete on the global stage.
Together with our aviation partners in Nepal, we look forward to developing world-class airline professionals, strengthening international aviation collaboration, and contributing to Nepal's emergence as one of Asia's leading sources of highly skilled commercial airline pilots.
Our long-term vision is not only to support Nepal's aviation sector through international training pathways but also to build sustainable aviation partnerships that create employment opportunities, enhance professional standards, and help aspiring pilots achieve successful airline careers across Nepal, Asia, and the world.
