We are currently in the process of obtaining the Non-Scheduled Operator Permit (NSOP) from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and are preparing to commence commercial charter operations in the near future.

A distinguished aviation professional and institution builder with more than 33 years of experience across aerospace engineering, aviation education, pilot training and aviation entrepreneurship.
He holds a Master of Engineering in Space Engineering and Rocketry with specialisation in Aerodynamics from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, along with Aeronautical Engineering qualifications. His academic and technical foundation supports a safety-led and systems-led approach to aviation business building.
He has served in senior leadership roles including President and Chief Executive Officer of Air Glorietta Pvt. Ltd. and has contributed to aviation training ecosystems, curricula, university aviation programs, industry-academia partnerships and international aviation engagement.
For Air Prime Asia, Mr. Misra adds institutional credibility, training depth, aviation education leadership, regulatory awareness and strategic ecosystem value.
Aviation Operations, Procurement & Airline Development Leader
A senior aviation professional and entrepreneur with over five decades of professional experience, including more than 31 years in aviation across operations, logistics, procurement and institutional leadership.
He served for approximately 28 years at Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi (IGRUA), one of India's premier aviation training institutions under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, where his responsibilities included administration, logistics, operational management, procurement, policy implementation and aviation resource planning.
He is the Founder Director of Zexus Airways Services Pvt. Ltd. (Zoom Air), contributing to scheduled airline development, regulatory coordination and aviation business management. He has also been associated with DGCA-approved aviation training initiatives.
For Air Prime Asia, Mr. Sharma contributes procurement discipline, aviation resource planning, government-sector institutional exposure, airline development experience and management maturity.
Commercial Pilot | DGCA Regulatory Compliance & Aviation Strategy Specialist
DGCA (India) and CAA (New Zealand) licensed Commercial Pilot, type rated on Airbus A320, Boeing 737 NG and P-68 aircraft, with deep expertise across drone training, regulatory documentation and aviation project execution.
He has played a key role in establishing multiple DGCA-approved Remote Pilot Training Organisations (RPTOs), leading end-to-end setup activities including infrastructure development, training operations, documentation, regulatory approvals, inspection readiness and operational launch.
He has also been involved in Non-Scheduled Operator Permit (NSOP) project structuring, contributing to regulatory alignment, business structuring and operational planning.
His expertise includes DGCA documentation, SOP development, SORA preparation, Training Procedure Manuals, compliance frameworks, RPTO setup, NSOP structuring, regulatory liaison, drone training, UAV manufacturing ecosystems, international drone project feasibility, vendor alignment and export-oriented aviation technology initiatives.
His work further extends into the international UAV ecosystem, including drone manufacturing, cargo-drone feasibility, tactical UAV concepts, high-altitude reconnaissance drone projects and aviation technology consulting.
